Get moving, feel good, and build healthy habits this summer with our 28-day challenge - designed to help you stay active in ways that feel achievable and enjoyable.
Choose one activity each day to help you move a little more and support your wellbeing.
You can complete the activities in any order — simply choose what feels right for you that day.
There’s no right or wrong way to take part. Some days you may feel like moving more, and other days you may prefer a calmer activity.
You’re very welcome to repeat your favourite activities as often as you like.
The aim is simple: to help you keep moving in a way that feels enjoyable, realistic and sustainable this summer.
