Help Shape Our Parkinson's Exercise Programme
Â
We've created an online exercise programme designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. We'd love for you to give it a try and tell us what you think.
We believe exercise plays an important role in helping people to live well with Parkinson's. Our aim is to give you the knowledge, guidance and support to help you move more, move better and feel more confident staying active.Â
Â
Who is this for?
Our focus group is for people with early to mid-stage Parkinson's who feel comfortable exercising independently at home.
Whether you've recently been diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson's for several years, our guided exercise videos are designed to help you stay active, maintain your mobility, and build strength and confidence. The movements are tailored specifically to the needs of people living with Parkinson's.
Â
We’d love you to get involved
We're inviting members of your Parkinson's group to try our programme and share their experience with us.
You’ll receive 8 weeks of complimentary access to our video library, with no obligation to continue after the trial.
You'll have the freedom to explore the videos at your own pace. You can choose which exercises you'd like to try and how often you'd like to take part. Our exercises are designed specifically for Parkinson's, with options to adapt movements to suit different abilities.
Â
What can you expect from our focus group?
Â
As a member of our focus group, you’ll enjoy:
✔ 8 weeks of complimentary access to our exercise videos
✔ The freedom to exercise at your own pace, choosing the videos that work for you.
✔ Access to our online community, sharing regular guidance
✔ The opportunity to have your say and help shape future videos and content
Â
We'd love to hear what you think
Â
All we ask in return is a little of your time and your honest feedback.
At the end of the eight weeks, we'll invite you to complete a short questionnaire about your experience. We'd love to know what you enjoyed, what worked well for you and what we could improve.
Your thoughts and suggestions really matter to us and will help us make the programme even better for people living with Parkinson's.
